It has also been said since last winter that Bey was working on two projects, even in her GQ interview she said she had recorded a song with DC for her album but it would be included on another project instead...

No, Sia is releasing a new single. It was just announced by some freelegal website. So I guess her announcement is about the single, and her album already has a digital release date in July.

I think it would work if it was just a surprise album with no videos... the downfall after the BEYONCE release was that it had nothing new to expect from it because we had everything already.
