This is Mariah Carey's first win here and the first win for a holiday song. This was the set that covered from 9/14/14 - to part of my 10/9/14 YTT update. If you were wondering why I got into All I Want For Christmas Is You in September, it's because I found Mariah's first Christmas album at The Goodwill for $1 and had to buy it. I had never owned AIWFCIY and it's always been one of my favorite Christmas songs, I was happy to have it.
Anyway, Mariah beat a lot of strong(ish) contenders, including my number one single of 2014 (I Hold On by Dierks Bentley). I think you choose a strong winner though.
