I'm getting Saints Row The Third for Christmas. I already tried it out on the PC. The controls were very weird but that is only because I am used to playing it on Xbox.
Other than that this game is all kinds of ****ery. The missions are just...epic. At least the ones I did. The last mission I did I dropped down into a party in a parachute while Kanye West's "Power" blasted from the sound system.
The graphics are beautiful. I love the new customization options. I spent a enough time humoring myself with the taunts and praises. The new gangs are interesting, to say the least.
I don't know if it is better than the second game, I have to play a bit more to determine that. But, its definitely fun.

I stanned for Saints Row 2 for years, it was my favorite video game of all time.
Now Saints Row The Third is my fave game of all time. Way better than the second, improved on all its strengths and removed all the flaws. Perfect game. It even got rave reviews.
Not likely however. FR&LG and HG&SS all came out in the later half of their generations, and the 5th generation just started a little over a year ago in Japan. The news they are releasing could be nothing, don't get tooo excited. Watch it be a Rangers or Mystery Dungeon game. I would be pissed lol. I personally want Stadium 3 for WiiU.
The PS3 exclusive called The Last Of Us is gonna be announced. I'm so hyped for it and I don't even know what the **** it's about. I need to know. Hopefully we get a trailer to give us a little bit of information, maybe even some gameplay. People said it's made under Hideo Kojima (Metal Gear Solid series), Naughty Dog (Uncharted series), etc. So excited to find out more about it.
Recently I've been playing Beyond Good & Evil, a game originally released for the PS2, GC, and XBOX, but then got ported over with HD to the PS3. I don't think I'll be able to continue with it, it's just becoming a chore and I'm not enjoying myself with it. It's too dated, but I'm sure it was as good as people said when held to the standards of when it was first released. I'll probably start playing it again over the summer or something.
It's an economy/city building game.
