Don't they release just one version here in our country? I don't know but I saw back in 2007, 2 versions of The Best Damn Thing but now, I only see one version of every albums except Taylor Swift's versions + Karaoke version

I checked iTunes, and only standard editions are available for sale there too, so I guess I have zero hope of getting a deluxe copy unless I get one shipped through Amazon or something. A mess.
