Not when Nicki Minaj (Pre-"Starships") and the rap genre has been popular among women for the longest. So is "I'm Legit" also an arrogant, narcissistic song that is not relatable to anyone? Besides, you just mentioned that you are neither grown or a woman so how can you discern that group's response to the song?
The song is not exclusively Beyoncé empowerment, it is self-empowerment for all females (and males too, if they alter the lyrics a bit
