I agree that Madonna will be around/over the 200,000 mark. But Mariah and Leona will be very close tween 175- 200 k. However, Mariah has around 50 million of audience over Leona and around 80 million over Madonna (and still increasing), so there's nothing to worry about. At least for the next couple weeks, MC will top the chart, and considering the album release is in two weeks, we can be talking bout 4/5 weeks at the top.
with the video on friday, it should have a huge increase!
