I've seen some of the screenshots from that season and it shows that character was an albino son of hers, not daughter so I don't think that's who Gaga's playing. I think the white eyebrows are just makeup or lighting, after all her eyebrows are already somewhat bleached a while ago so why even more now.

Yeah but they were never officially released so they could use Gaga for that, if they wanted. But I do not really think so.
