the normal list we get is based on mediabase right? and it doesn't include spanish and latin formats..

We all get our data from Mediabase. But the "normal" list is from Mediabase's "quick cut data" page, which indeed excludes Spanish/Latin airplay. And you do need those if you want the best Nielsen BDS estimate (used by Billboard).
