No. Performers for the TCA's haven't been announced.. except for 1D and they're opening the show with Best Song Ever.

Tumblr accounts that stalk Miley's life 24/7 are saying that she's performing at the VMA's but there hasn't been an official confirmation yet. She should tho because she IS the most nominated female artist this year (once she gets that "best song of the summer" nomination on august 12th) right now she's tied with p!nk for most nominated female
