Taylor will fall tomorrow more than likely. It's only considered a promo single for now, even though it'll be the next single released to Country. And Kesha isn't exactly darting up the chart as fast as she should be.
Besides that, I sincerely doubt that OMN will overtake Gangnam Style.

Taylor is likely to stay there today and maybe tomorrow but she will fall after that (since there's no AI that can keep the song this high) then Psy will overtake her and win exposure once again

Why? It only has a few hours of radio fueling it at the moment.
Plus there's nothing about it on iTunes letting people know it's available. Not to mention the amount of trouble people here have been having buying it in the little time it has been up.
