Sableye is good if use his mega ofc. I assumed you planned to use Mega Lucario but regular Lucario is pretty good the way it is, especially in game and especially with how easy XY are.

For Water, I'd say Clawitzer. Love ha.

Tbh I didn't like Sableye that much battle-wise till her Mega. There are better ghosties. As for water, I had a lot of fun using Barbaracle, queen of ugly. Of course there's the faux water type of Dragalge.

Sableye's mega wasn't available till ORAS, so she's not particularly useful in XY.

Mess I didnt know M-Sableye was an ORAS exclusive. Hmm Regular Sableye isnt particularly good but its not, like, AWFUL, either.

Tapu's should be allowed, Ultra Beasts i'm torn on. (except for some reason Tapu Lele is banned in monotypes on Smogon so, poor her)

Ultra Beasts are allowed on Smogon and VGC, so I don't see why we would ban them here since we go by both of those, but I understand that they are OP.
