It was so long ago, I was but a child then, but if I remember correctly, during those dark times in ATRL's history, your posts wouldn't even go through if one of those Over Capacity messages came up after you posted (and after having already waited five to seven minutes to get to that point). So, no, this is still not as bad as then. At least your posts, so far, are guaranteed to be posted (after some brief lag) after you hit "Submit Reply" right now, which is acceptable.
