And the other day I saw a Phoebe Ryan 'Chronic' poster (it's in my NP so I'm glad taste is present in my school!). I like seeing stan stuff in real life
I don't like Chronic as much as her previous songs, which were all sublime and icy like LIGHTS.
Talking about someone spray painting on school property, then saying how lovely it is as if it's taking a stroll through the park.
It's hilarious cuz that album kinda flopped so they went through all that trouble for nothing. But it was really small and they used a template to match the album's font so at least it's not ugly.
A lot of people have been talking about Zayn's album. #1 hit, lots of talk, huge fanbase prior, very acclaimed according to ATRL. The album really did flop and the numbers make no sense.
I need to listen to it this weekend.

I just realized we're getting Drake & Beyonce albums this month.
It's SO annoying how they refuse to do an era now though. Just dropping the album and being done with it after a month isn't exciting.
I prefer a normal era where they do interviews hyping, release singles prior, performances, and you're counting down and excited for the album to be released.

Everybody's relying on streaming and social media to promote their albums.
Mm, can't wait for a real Pop girl era to start and see if I find more stan tendencies being displayed Although it's already a thing in my women's rights English class and these 2 Beyonce stans.
Beyonce is the worst with it though, because she's actually amazing and you want to watch her get huge hits and perform everywhere.
When you look back on her 2000s eras and see the 10,000 performances. Her only wanting to perform when it's her tour, or the GRAMMYs. <<<
Drake, Rihanna, Jhene/Big Sean, Kendrick, etc. Literally everyone wants to just throw an album on iTunes and Spotify randomly, do 1 performance, and then move on.
