Make no mistake, the adjusted tour stage is in no way "cheap" because I can guarantee you it costs more to build and run than any Kesha tour anywhere.
So you may sit.
Besides, once she's earning enough in those markets and builds a solid touring base she'll be able to afford the stage more profitable markets get currently.

The talent budget for her Spring Fling show at Penn University was reported by the student paper as being $180,000, and you can guess the opening act, EDM dude Kygo, didn’t account for that much of that.

She is barely making money out of it if the university whole semester budget is 180k she isn't even getting half of it.

Probably not but that's honestly not bad for the situation she is in.
She's probably pocketing at least 50k every show she does so that's not bad for an album that sold 450k~. Plus she did decently during the Get Sleazy Tour.
But yeah she definitely has chump change compared to any of the real A-Listers or even B-Listers.
Ariana has basically already eclipsed her success with two albums.
