After Taylor left, and Miranda's last 2 singles peaked at #16 and #33, it's a great time for newer country girls to swoop in and take the few spots radio has for females.

Cassadee, ha time is here!

I know someone said a few months back no other new females had even strung together two Top 20 hits in a row, so Kelsea and Jana can hopefully one-up that with Top 10 follow-ups.

Cassadee just got her Top 10 follow up!

The 3 most recent females to score a 2nd career T5 country radio hit are Taylor, Miranda, and Kelsea who in fact just scored her 2nd consecutive #1.
It kinda feels like with Taylor officially departing the genre, DJs feel like they *should* have at least a 3rd female they like enough to play at that level. Esp since even Miranda has been faltering this era (#3, #7, #16, #33).
Let's see how Cam and Maren do with their follow-ups; I'm guessing Maren has a better chance because of her youth and more poppy sound.

Don't count Cassadee out yet

Digital-era-starting females with multiple lead country T10s, their T20s:
The Trinity (Tay/Carrie/Miranda).
Kelsea Ballerini - 1 Love Me Like You Mean It, 1 Dibs
Jana Kramer - 3 Why Ya Wanna, 6 I Got the Boy (3 flop singles in between)
Duos - Wreckers - 1 Leave the Pieces, 9 My Oh My (3rd single flopped)
Maddie and Tae - 1 Girl in a Country Song, 9 Fly (3rd single flopped)
I would put the chances of a 3rd hit as high for Kelsea, medium for M&T, low-ish for Jana.
Of course Bey would get #1s if she was on country radio.

Cassadee also has two Top 10 songs as a lead

1 Think of You
