Sister, the problem with this is that most of the things for which Hillary is allegedly responsible - the "horrific omg I could never vote for her" things - are crap, exaggerations, or someone else's fault. In this particular instance, though she had sided with the coup government and has since stated she doesn't like they way the operate, the decision to support the new government was made not by Hillary but by President Obama. The picture you're using claims she "oversaw" it - that she is
literally responsible for it. That is massively inaccurate and misleading. In reality she had nothing to do with it and has indicated that she understood this to be a constitutional process and pointed out there had been elections afterward, though we now know the actual situation to be worse than that.
You can hold someone responsible, but probably only for things that are actually on them.
