They're about even for me. Confident has higher highs and lower lows whereas Revival is pretty even throughout the entire album.
I don't think anything is wrong with the music. I think her vocal performance is awful. 3 minutes of pure vocal masturbation
The only vocal masturbation was the G#5 tbh, the rest was really well done. If you want vocal masturbation listen to Say Something, the phrasing there is so overdone.
