I love this album so much you guys, it's so different from everything else out there. That why I also think not many songs can be hits. We all saw what happened with Judas and up to this point I don't see another song being a hit. Perhaps Marry the Night... IDK.

Found that pic on some tumblr... When was it taken (not talking about Rick)?? I cant find any pictures with THAT look. It must have been in paris (Mugler) because of the hair.... But cant find anything. HELP!

"Bad Romance" isn't really commercial too? I'm glad that she didn't just do something "commercial" and went with something deep and so different to what she did in the past. I can't believe some people are actually disliking her for doing songs not "commercial" enough. MTN, Scheibe, TEOG and Hair could be hits. I have faith in her, but I don't really care, the album is perfect and she delivered. The album itself will do very well.

I don't dislike her for this, believe me. I actually respect her more, as a little monster this is what I want. To me, and to us, all of them are hits. Cause all are amazing. I'm just not sure if the US or the world is ready for this.

Born this Way was a hit and that song is... well... not her best (let's put it that way). Judas is the **** and reached only Top 10. I dont even know if its been in the german Top 100... Being number 1 has nothing to do with making quality music (these days). And all songs from BTW are already hits. Atleast for me

I'm not saying Bad Romance didn't sound like a hit, but it didn't sound like any of the generic garbage played on the radio non stop. It wasn't really commercial in that way to me, very different.

And many songs sound like hits to me in this album. Judas suffered from the controversy and the Bad Romance sound IMO. Look at Born This Way - was kinda different from her past work, without any controversy, and did amazing. The hype for the single wasn't enough to keep it #1 for 6 weeks and keep it still in the iTunes top 20 now.

I guess we'll have to see how TEOG will do!!

I'm sorry Judas is a flop. Longevity > Peak.
TEOG is doing amazing and I think it will peak very high and it will last!

I want her to be in the charts cause that will make the album last and not fade out after strong big numbers. We all see what happened with The Fame. It sold so much and it never had strong weeks. Once again, longevity is the key.

Now imagine BTW selling huge its first weeks and lasting like TF. MONSTER sales.

Bad Romance is the opposite of a commercial song. It is a relatively dark, deep, not to mention 5 minute long song. Somehow, she made it work!
