Also, about Ed, I agree they're different, but maybe that's why it works? I feel like if you pair Adele with big vocals or personalities it becomes competitive/overdone, e.g. the Need You Now cover and All I Ask. Ed doesn't have the power she does vocally (nobody does
), but there's still some character to his voice, and he's extremely tonally accurate. In terms of the writing process, as Adele says all of them have egos, but you can see from his interviews that he thinks she's the ****, I think he would let her be the boss as he did on EHC with Taylor and as Adele likes to be. Still, I do think he has talent of his own to bring to a session.
It's unlikely, ofc, and tbh I'm the definition of biased on this one
I think he'll be big this era, collab with anyone or not.
