I'm starting to believe that Hillary might actually lose and Trump is going to get it.

Trump has gotten much more moderate and mainstream in my eyes and his Artpop era is kinda over. The GOP establishment was forced to accept him and they're much less divided than the Democrats lining up either for a moderate leftist or an outright socialist. My personal opinion is that Americans are generally thoughtful of their economy and know that the American Dream can't be based on wealth redistribution, which is essentially the contradiction to capitalism. With Trump toning down, people will be more encouraged to vote ha and there's still half a year left until election.

You could be right but it's still too early. We will talk about this after the convention

Depending on her margin of win in Oregon (hopefully) and Kentucky, she'll only need like a little over half of New Jersey's delegates.

California is completely irrelevant for her math. But it's important because then Bernie has a point to make at the convention.

Hmm. I don't agree. If the AA vote turn out in huge numbers (to stop Trump cuz we hate him) then it is possible. We need to really paint him as a bad guy like we did Vitter for Governor. Our Democratic Governor is doing wonders right now. Jindal really screwed over us and he endorsed Trump so I'm ready for those ads to start spinning. It'll be competitive to say the least. 15%+ is NOT happening.

I'm from and stay here, and we're slowly making progress and Trump may be the final straw.

I am saying that if some individual were to vote for Jill Stein, write in Bernie, or whatever, because they loved Bernie and didn't want to vote for Clinton in the GE, then they have no right to complain on social about Trump winning the presidency. If you don't want X and you don't do anything to avoid getting X, you are to blame for getting it.

Every single vote counts. You don't have the right to complain about Trump being president if you didn't do the only thing you could do to stop Trump from getting the presidency, which is voting for Hillary Clinton in the GE.

But they also don't want Y so voting for Y to avoid X when they dislike both would be simply unacceptable for them.

They can complain and be critical if they don't even like either choices. I know would if I hated both nominees.

But the problem is that they personally dislike Y for her character, but politically agree with Y on 90% of issues (which is what this is about). They personally agreed with Z a little more but Y is 1000000000x better than X.

I have no intellectual respect for someone who won't vote for someone because of false assumptions of that person's character. This is not a popularity contest. This is the future of the country.

I mean I agree here but this is honestly a person-by-person basis so I can't really dislike everyone who refuse to vote within the two dominant candidates.

So like during Trump's 4-year tenure as President (god forbid), whenever we hear a single complaint in regards to the administration, we stop them, ask them if they voted in 2016, and only allow them to proceed with the complaint if the answer is affirmative?

No one has to vote, this is why the US isn't one of the countries that has mandatory voting. Also, nobody should be shamed for not voting/voting for a candidate you're against. Instead, we should continue educating people about the issues.
