The biggest obstacle for Frozen is actually getting nominated. There is no doubt in my mind that it will make the top 20 in voting, but it will be up to the blue ribbon panel to put it through. If they do, I think it stands a good chance at winning. They'll probably sweep the movie categories.

IMO 4 should have got a nom. Shows you Grammy's is about commercial success and content but then they thrown curveball at you and let Esperlada Splading win over tween king Justin Beiber .. And not to mention Katy still has no grammy's despite her single success

Which is what? TEA and ATRL's "adjusting for market conditions" are actually two different things. If you take TEA away, 21 is still one of the biggest eras of all-time. 25-28 million hasn't ever been "standard." Still, you can't say that this and that album would be diamond if you adjust it to 1999 sales. The TEA method doesn't even do that.

It's about to or just passed 2 million copies sold in the US, and I can maybe see it making it to 3.5-4 million if its nominated for AOTY and sees a winter boost. 5 million is a stretch because it would have to sell over twice as much as it already has, and the Frozen momentum has peaked.

Its weekly sales are still high, but they're slowly but surely decreasing.

at most...some albums would probably doing double their current sales
