Last numbers for OOTB and PRISM were 1.69M and 1.65M respectively, yeah? PRISM has definitely outsold OOTB in the US by now.

As for WW, PRISM has sold 4M and OOTB has sold approx. 4M too. I'd still give PRISM the edge as it's still selling.

I feel like One of the Boys had already maxed out its potential as there weren't anything else on the album that would smash. I could see IYCAM being a cute top 20-ish hit, but anything else would probably flop. The singles did their job and it was a great debut era for Katy.

PRISM on the other hand could've been way bigger if it was properly managed.

This. I mean, it reached 4 million with just two big singles. WOA alone could have push her sales in Europe (especially in the UK after the Uncle's fiasco)
