how does katy really feel whenever she performs roar? i mean she's definitely aware that she's become a joke as a musician with no artistic merit whatsoever.
I always thought the lyric was "Don't call your mother, cause now what point is it crying?"
It wasn't until that live version that I realised it's "cause now we're partners in crime"
I distrust people who claim OOTB is better than TD/PRISM.
I've been a huge fan (dare I say stan) since IKAG but just no. Everything bad about PRISM/TD, OOTB has that + dated, horrid production and 100% worse vocals.
For the record, CG and TD are the two most dated songs from the TD era for me. Sorry TD stans. I like the song but I've always found it terribly overrated.

A lot of the second half of PRISM has great instrumentals. Katy really did ruin a lot of them. Oh well I still love the album overall. The overall song is the thing I pay most attention to, not the specific lyrics.
"Let's go all the way tonight
No regrets, just love
We can dance until we die
You and I, will be young forever"
Woo the amount of cliches and familiar phrases in this pre-chorus alone. I actually cringe every time she sings "we can dance until we die"
The lyrics aren't all gems, but all her songs are badly written at times. The overall mood and feeling of the song is monstrous(ly good). The title alone is flawless and conjures up so many images,
