It's a free service that allows you to count your plays and make personal charts. It also gives you recommendations, but I don't use that feature

I don't even understand last fm. If I were to make one would it be able to scrobble from my iPhone? That's what I use mostly to listen to music

last.fm is a website that tracks what music you listen to and gives you statistics based on it and such. It's really cool if you're a fan of that stuff.
