You can download songs from iTunes even if they are not legally purchased. You sync your songs to iTunes database and i think when you try to download your songs on a different computer or Apple device, it gives you iTunes version. But I'm not completely sure.

Since the ones on warner music are jewel case (as far as i'm aware), it's probably just one of those booklets.

I don't think Marina wants a basic booklet without lyrics even for the jewel cases, I just expect more pictures in the deluxe one

A larger, better quality booklet costs more.

Well yeah it might be more expensive, but then they won't have to produce as many regular ones that they would have any way, so I think the jewel case won't be too basic in comparison.
