No! 2013 Grammys is probably the last thing on her mind. '4' is eligible for 2012 Grammys and when '4' is nominated and it wins an album category (either AOTY or Best R&B Album), which I'm sure it will win 'Best R&B Album,' no song will be eligible from '4' again for 2013 Grammys. And either way the Grammy deadline is already gone since Aug. 31.
B'Day won Contemp. R&B album in 2007 & Beautiful Liar & Irreplaceable were still nom'd for Pop Collab & ROTY, respectively, the very next year.

BL wasn't on the B'Day that won. Oh and my bad, she'll still be able to submit songs, but only in the general categories. Notice why "Irreplaceable" only got a nod in the ROTY field... But I don't think the Grammys is the reason she's holding off, seeing that the deadline passed in August already.
Let's hope BB has it above 20k too.
