Kesha herself has confirmed that Take It Off is an empowerment anthem but you all do you.

Maybe some of y'all are taking it too literally, it's not actually about taking off clothes, it's about taking off your inhibitions, your insecurities, and just accepting yourself and others as they are. She has said this in an interview but I can't be bothered finding it. But this is true.

And yes it remains better than We R Falling Down The Charts (still love it tho).
