Katy had only ONE actual new song while TFM had 7 with no remixes or acoustic versions
3 new songs. They were reworked and mastered and no one knew of them except the stans.
Also all media and news outlets and her label reported them as new as well as marketing them as new so pretty much they are new.
It was re-released with 7 new tracks with three of them being singles (ET f/ Kanye, PoM, WA). The GP doesn't know or care that the new tracks are remixes, 'demos' or whatever, all they see is 7 new tracks including three new singles.
If you're gonna class an album re-released with many tracks as two albums, then you have to apply that logic to all albums
She's has credits on every song from her last album.
