I complained about Drunk On Your Love knocking You Should Be Here out of #1 at Country, but DOYL's sales and streaming are stronger than YSBH'S. So the format is in fact taking metrics into account for its playlist in this instance. I wrote about this. I just hope DOYL stays at #1 a while b/c we're at 6 1wk #1s in a row at Country. The labels love it, but that's costing Country listeners.
Damn, I really wanted CBTO to block MM&I on pop but that's not happening.
Meanwhile, One Call Away is going #1 on HAC.
How is MM&I not succeeding at Urban? Based on what I've heard of MM&I, I can literally only blame reverse racism, b/c BB has MM&I @ #1 on the Hot Rap Songs Chart. I'm just being blunt, but I can't help but arrive at that conclusion.

It's a pop-rap song, and those don't typically do well on urban (although some pop-rap songs like SYA are so massive that they do end up doing well on urban).

TSOS set a new audience record on All Stations Active Rock today with 7.733. I looked at the archives back to 2012 and there's no song with a higher weekly audience. TSOS also gained strongly in spins and is closing in on that record. TSOS gained back all of last week's losses at Alternative and then some. TSOS is back at Green on ITunes, but has A LOT of catching back up to do after an awful weekend there.
