What can we do to prompt RCA to update Kelly's certification for her albums and singles. I mean, I find it hard to believe All I Ever Wanted is not certified platinum. It's probably super close to or is already over the million mark.
You can tweet and email them, but I can't see them certifying the album now when it should've been certified half a decade ago.
Doesn't it drive you crazy that most of her certifications are so outdated.

Honestly, I couldn't care less. Sales > certifications (except for HBS ). If the song / album sold ~1M, than it is platinum for me and I don't need a certification.
