Yeah, Bieber hit that point of no return. The only way to come back from disastrous situations such as this is to shut the **** up and start catering to your record label (i.e. Britney for "Circus," Rihanna for "Loud," Mariah for "The Emancipation of Mimi," etc.)
And even if he were to do that, 1D has basically replaced him. The VAST majority of his fans have either grown up and moved on or moved over to them, and they'll be fine since their management enslaves them without allowing them to have an ounce of unappealing personality.
