Of course the damage (whatever the size it was) is done. But at least we got this nonsense out of the way before election day. I really think this could be have an effect on people who were leaning towards Hillary but were set aback by the "investigation" news.

On the plus side, I'm glad this happened right before Hillary's supposed to rally in New Hampshire. Now she's been cleared again by the FBI, and she'll be rallying with Maggie Hassan, who I'm sure is the turning point between 49 Dem Senators and 50.

This should help her retain doubtful New Hampshire voters, where polls took a hit when the FBI news was announced.
