Oh **** I knew that name looked familiar.
Turns out that Arthouse Entertainment, the company that Pete Nappi is a part of, was founded by Kara DioGuardi, who's written for tons and tons of artists including but not limited to the likes of P!nk and Kelly Clarkson.
Anyway, as most Animals probably will know, after getting signed to Kemosabe Luke basically ignored Kesha. So she then signed with David Sonenberg's management company, DAS Communications Inc. in 2006... around this time she wrote the song This Love which was given to The Veronicas, who are now working with Pete Nappi in the company founded by Kara.
Now as a part of DAS, Kesha got the attention of Kara DioGuardi, back in around 2008. Kara wanted Kesha to sign with Warner Bros. Records, the same label Neon Hitch signed to, who is also now working with Pete Nappi at Kara's company. Kara also co-wrote Feels Like Rain, Mouth and Trashy Boy (Never Know 'Bout Love) with Kesha. But as everyone knows, this deal fell through due to her pre-existing Kemosabe Records contract with Dr. Luke.
However, now it seems that Kesha is working in amongst this group again, the exact same circle of people that she was originally going to work with in 2006-2008, but couldn't because of Luke. So now that she is, it only makes sense that she's no longer with Luke.
