Taemin is the solo artist. Someone on LSA spilled the tea apparently he was recording in LA.

The tea about him screwing girls overseas came from a really unreliable source though. People trust Kpopsecrets too much lol.

Anyway, the only thing though that I know about Taemin is that he's secretive as **** and lies to protect his privacy so who really knows. He also probably has a non-celeb gf but again, hard to confirm.

He's getting a solo soon, working with Ian Eastwood in LA (yep he's in LA right now). A lot of fans of Jonghyun and Onew are a bit upset because they wish Jongyu can get opportunities. We know that SM often picks out their faves and pushes them at the expense of the others (look at Trax, Hyoyeon, Luna, Amber, CJES etc). I think most people are excited about Taemin getting a solo, but wondering when the other members will get a chance? Jonghyun put out a few of his self-composed songs, but I don't think he's allowed to promote them. Onew is... well he went to the Jungle and now he's recovering from throat surgery. SM has him in the basement.

SHINee is my favorite male group and Taemin happens to be my least favorite, so that plays a part in my disappointment but I have a feeling Taemin's solo act is going to be like the more electronic dancey version of Henry's aka ****.

Jonghyun could've composed his entire mini and everything and delivered something different and stood strong as an SM solo act. The solo acts are so boring besides BoA but Only One was so long ago/the girl seems to only promote in Japan now + Trap/1-4-3/Fantastic are all awful.

Let me not pop off though. RIP Jong's chance at solo. Mess.

I remember reading in here that some people thought that the f(x) teaser images for Red Light didn't really match the product. But after jongshic held me at gun point to listen to the album, the song grew on me, and I do get that kind of grungy vibe from the song. The images really match.
