If she's planning on taking another long break, I want a Christmas album next year. I get that Christmas albums have become kind of tacky and developed a reputation for being a weak commercial tactic, but I think Adele could pull it off. As previously stated, Michael Bublé did it. If anything, the whole Michael Bublé being the Frank Sinatra of our generation thing kind of proves why Adele should do it. She could do some jazz standards and stuff, and I think it would really sound amazing.
And it could be our chance to hear some of the material Adele cut from
25 about Angelo. I know Faith Hill released a Christmas album a few years ago and included a song called "A Baby Changes Everything." (I mean, the point of the song is it's a reference to the Virgin Mary and Jesus Christ, but... Still, she could make it work.)
