You get an e-mail with a link and a code and you have to use your code when the queue is cleared up and it's your turn to purchase tickets. It refreshes every 30 seconds to check availability and then after a while it will ask for the code, that's when you have to act. I can't post the stage now but it was here and in the tour thread a couple pages ago. They also show the layout when you're purchasing the tickets.
I feel like that Instagram post definitely has a double meaning—it's potentially confirming a video AND showing our reactions after the video slays us!

Imma need her to prove us wrong and serve an insane WUTB video (+ Grammys performance?)
"Water Under the Bridge" definitely should've been the third single after "When We Were Young," but I think when it comes down to is her team is convinced that they did nothing wrong with "When We Were Young" and simply needed to release the most radio-friendly song off the album to get her name back out there.
I'm seriously amazed at how well "Water Under the Bridge" is doing, though. I really hope it's at least as big as "Rumour Has It" was, because that's still considered one of her big hits to this date, and one of my local radio stations plays it more than any of the other 21 singles. "Water Under the Bridge" has some serious potential and if they really shot a video, it's bound to become a hit.
