She's managed by Untitled Entertainment, she posts her manager Jen on her snapchat all the time. This era is a hot mess, I mean Selena had no promo for Revival at first but she had a multiformat hit and has a good reason for not performing (them vocals)
We need to just not worry about the success because Ariana doesn't seem to care, apparently she has 40k pre-orders so I guess she figures she's debuting big anyway. They must be saving the promo for the Summer smash Into You.
