Judge: Spears Must Undergo Regular Drug Tests in Order to Keep Her Children

Gordon set a lengthy list of rules that parents Britney Spears and Kevin Federline must follow in order to retain custody of their sons, Sean Preston, 2, and Jayden James, 1. The list, revealed today, includes the following shared requirements for the former couple:
· Neither Brit nor K-fed can take Sean and Jayden out of state without the written consent of the other.
· The exes cannot make derogatory statements about each other.
· Both parents must complete the "Parenting Without Conflict" program.
· Each party is restrained from using corporal punishment with the children or allowing anyone else to.
· They are required to engage in joint co-parenting counseling.
· Neither party may consume alcohol or non-prescription controlled substances 12 hours prior to taking custody of the children.
· They must ensure that any prospective childcare professionals hold valid Red Cross infant CPR training.
While the responsibilities for Federline end there, Judge Gordon tacked on an extra list of tasks for Spears. In order to maintain the current shared custody agreement, the popstar must:
· Attend individual counseling at least once a week to address parenting issues.
· Meet with a parenting coach for a minimum of 8 hours a week, in at least two sessions a week. The coach is to observe her parenting skills and her interaction with her sons and provide Federline with a written progress report by October 22.
· And, "based on the evidence presented, the Court finds that there is a habitual, frequent, and continuous use of controlled substances by Petitioner [Spears]," will have to undergo testing for controlled substances and alcohol. The testing shall be conducted twice per week on random dates and times, and the results will be forwarded to the court.

Anyways the article from Us' site is confirmed and factual. If she did indeed lose custody of them for the time being then it would've said it in what I just posted.

But the article left a lot out. I believe she has lost temporary custody of her kids until she completes the steps outlined in todays article. As I said, Fox News just about a half hour ago on TV confirmed Britney has temporarily lost custody of her kids.

Before this week, I was the only entertainment/gossip columnist in the world who thought little and wrote less about Britney Spears.
But now, let’s face it, she’s in major trouble. Late Monday, her manager of one month, Jeff Kwatinetz of The Firm, fired her. This was only a few hours after her divorce attorney, Laura Wasser, did the same.
As I reported late Monday afternoon, sources tell me that Spears is just a breath away from Commissioner Scott Gordon ruling that her children will be placed in the custody of ex-husband Kevin Federline. And it’s not like he’s Father of the Year.

^well then it's true. Hopefully she does what she is told. this is the final straw. if she doesn't co-operate then....get ready for Hurricane Britney to hit all over again. :-/
EDIT: Yeah I been found about the team quitting. She got some new lawyer named Merci Levine replacing Laura and I don't know if she has a new manager yet. I hope she gets together now. Everyone would think losing her kids would make her snap back in place, BUT, everyone also thought divorcing Kevin was gonna be good, and um we don't need to highlight on her 1st year without KFed. Honestly I was defending her hard until she lost the kids because if she lost the kids then that proves SOMETHING is wrong. I didn't care about the tabloids, Perez, I was waiting for true stuff from the court and now we have it. So Britney better get her ass in shape NOW!
But I do still think she can get herself together and put out/promote her album at the same time. It would be good publicity to see her attending the programs and when doing interviews she can talk about how things are going. This could be a good thing for her/her career.

We have just learned that Britney Spears will be temporarily relinquishing custody rights of her two sons. She will be ordered to turn over Sean Preston and Jayden James to her ex-husband, Kevin Federline as a result of testimony made against the pop star, alleging reports of "nudity, drug use and safety issues post-rehab," made by her bodyguard, Tony Barretto. Barretto has been described as the "secret witness" in Britney's custody case and was fired in May, shortly after being hired after her stint in rehab because, according to his lawyer, Gloria Allred, "He did not hear her when he was asked to pick up her hat."

Britney Spears has lost temporarily custody of her two children to ex Kevin Federline based on information that the LA Family Court received over the weekend.
During Monday's custody hearing, Spears' former bodyguard accused her of having "issues of nudity and drug use" since she returned from rehab, and reports of a planned "hit" on Federline emerged says FOXNews.com.
Spears' attorney chose not to cross-examine the bodyguard, who has been described as a "secret witness" against Spears in her custody battle with Federline. Allred said Barretto was prepared to testify, but Spears' attorneys chose to cross-examine him. His declaration went "unrefuted and unchallenged."
Barretto started working for Spears right after she got out of rehab, but was fired back in May because "He did not hear her when he was asked to pick up her hat."

Aerometis all your sources are awful. FOX News just copies news from Perez half the time, socialitelife is basically the same thung, 2snap i'm guessing does the same. Whatever the case, that whole story aout her losing temporary custody is false. Today it was confirmed theres still 50/50 custody and both Brit & Kfed have to go to parenting classes together every week
