I try to be supportive of everybody. I mean I know I've been accused of being "too nice." It is not being nice. There is a way to give a critique where you say "I'm not sure this was your best performance. I prefer when you sing in this register..." Constructive criticism and... that's just how I am as a person. I'm not going to put on an act and be like somebody else so that everybody can feel like I'm being honest. I'm always being honest."
