I'm not mad about any of the...creative...answers but usually I thought the main rule for this game is that your answer always had to be a noun and not an adjective followed by a noun, so I was a bit surprised people could play around it that easily.

The address of the restaurant needs to say Los Angeles, CA. That is, it needs to be in the city.
