You click the link, enter your code, select your date, enter your code again. It opens a queue window that informs you if tickets are available and makes you wait in line. Once it loads you can choose tickets by sections or best available seat based on price.

Tickets for my date (Birmingham, UK) ranged from £95 (floor seating) to £40 (at the far end) + £10 booking fee per ticket.
