Since I first knew him as Bruce Jenner, my mind will almost always reference him as Bruce Jenner instead of Caitlyn Jenner (why didn't he go Kaitlyn? )
I mean essentially it doesn't matter. Not like you know the Jenner's personally or anything so they're reading your comments and caring about your opinion on the matter.

You're totally entitled to feel how you feel - but having the right to your own opinion doesn't make that opinion not hurtful or not disrespectful to the person on the receiving end of that opinion.
Caitlyn Jenner, or Bruce Jenner, however you call her, or him, is a woman. Not genetically, but that's not a reason to outweigh the fact that her soul is female, and inside she is a woman.
It's the same complex as evolution vs. creation. Opinion A is probably going to oftend opinion B, and opinion B is probably going to offend opinion A. It's all about respecting the other opinion regardless of if it's yours.
