They obviously did some kind of spell to astral project but what does Prue have to do with it? Did they do something like "To call a sister witch power" spell or sth?

Apparently, anyone can learn how to astral project through a spell or skill. In the series it was said that Prue taught Leo the skill before her death. And he taught the girls. That's why Piper thanked her. But Phoebe did it plenty of times through use of a spell in the BOS in the Season 4 finale and again in Season 5 in "Sympathy for the Demon" so again they might have added it after learning it through Leo or it was already in the book.
But just for the quick 411, they are not stealing Prue's powers. The sisters are not the only ones to have there powers. Demons, warlocks, witches are shown to use similar powers like telekinesis through spells or stealing or being born with it. Some have shown to levitate, some even having premonitions, or having powers similar powers to Whitelighters like with Paige and Telekinetic Orbing/Orbing. Hell, Piper replicated her freezing and explosive powers through use of potions.
Them being Charmed Ones just make them and their powers that much more powerful than those of others.
This really makes no sense
