I hope so too! I want it to #1! It'll prob go top 10 at least this week and Empire will take the top spot and then the next week RR and Empire wil have to battle it out for #1! I long for a better #1 cuz ever since Britney left the top spot the #1's have been pure ****!
I really can't stand Fireflies. It's just such a horrible song. It sounds like a deranged lullaby that a baby listens to as he falls asleep. Words can't express how much I despise it. I literally get in a pissed off mood when I hear that song!
No song deserves to hit #1 more than Empire State of Mind! Its about damn time it started moving up again! Must be because the New York Yankees championship parade today! Hopefully that was enough to spark up the buzz again and get that song to #1! The only song out now of days that will be remembered forever as a classic! Jay-Z's first #1!
The whole "Rihanna finally speaking about her abuse" thing is SO CLEARLY a publicity stunt. I love her music, but come on! It's NOT just a coincidence that she finally decides to go on air and talk about it THE SAME TIME her new material is released. I HATE it when artists do that.
