The team does what Katy wants because it's her tour which means, in this case, even if katy didn't personally call the dancers, the instructions were from her as it is HER tour.

Not necessarily, y'all always like to go on about how Katy's just a label puppet and not in control of her career and yet now she's responsible even for hiring dancers
She has a team to do things like that, Katy probably just asked for all of her old dancers to be offered the opportunity to come back and they decided to accept it and leave Tay. I'm not going to try and talk sense into you any further because it's clear you're only bothered about this because you hate Katy and devote so much time to letting us all know, so it's all going to just go over your head anyway.
I was thinking more of the second part "my ex man brought his new girlfriend, she's like "oh my god". But the first could make sense too actually.
