You'd think it was called Dark Horus after seeing that video
It's bad, I didn't get how it's related to the song and the lack of cohesion in the vid bothers me.... also, I thought she said using religion was cheap? Going by her performances of this song that's no longer a problem
I can't even at this tragedy It would even have been 100x better if she just stood there and sang with one continuous frame... too much is going on and it just doesn't make any sense. Music videos just aren't the same anymore. People keep trying to do to much but if you look back at the 90s- early 2000s those videos were great with less special effects etc. A mess.
Well the visuals were gorgeous even though they're borderline tacky.
The plot doesn't go anywhere, so many random moments spliced in between although the many costume changes were amazing.
Juicy J's screen time reduced to seconds akin to an average first timer's score in Flappy Bird.
Horrible editing. Childish. Very colorful and some effects were pretty. I ****ing hate the song though. The video made it listenable so I guess it's a decent music video for her standards.

I like Gaga and you obviously stan for her, but gurl... Gaga is the last person to like if you like cohesive and calculated 'art' in pop culture.
an absolute mess. I'm not bothered by the childishness of Roar video because it fits the song. this disaster does not fit DH. get it together Katy, disney acts like Ariana and Selena have more mature videos then you

Wow, this is actually horrible, and I'm a Cat. She can do MUCH better. I can already tell this is my least favorite video from her.
you're the first Kat on this site who actually wrote an objective post about her
Are you ****ing serious? Pop isn't a genre that is catering to children in kindergarten. Ace of Base, ABBA, etc. Hello?
Yeah, because parents will allow their kids to see a video where some girls are doing pole dancing, right? Get out of here with that lame and stale shade!
