Leona Lewis has visited an HIV/AIDS support centre in Johannesburg, South Africa.
The singer met children at the Lethi Themba project, an initiative funded by Sport Relief that provides food, clothes and emotional support to one of the city's poorest communities.
Lewis, whose song 'Footprints In The Sand' is this year's official Sport Relief single, was "amazed" by the "great work" performed by Lethi Themba.
"Their projects and centres keep communities going and give them something to be proud and positive about," she said.
