It is not terribly produced. Do you not know what producing is? Applause is super clean.
Just because the music (melody, chord progression, and arranging by Gaga) sucks doesn't mean the sound quality (production) does.
Of course I know what producing is. But let's not blame it all on Gaga when it should be up to him to produce something at least decent. The song is bad from every possible standpoint (lyrically, musically, etc.).
