I don't get what it's about either. From what I can gather from their Formspring answers, the woman is an 83 year old named Belle. She was 6 years old when that photo was taken. She is somehow significant to whatever this 8-3-11 thing is. She has some type of a chronic disease, but it can be treated. But they claim that this thing has nothing to do with that. There are several people involved in it who do not go by names, but numbers (such as 175,000 - who runs their Formspring). They claim that this whole thing is non-violent, non-profit, and has nothing to do with any movie, artist, album, television show, product, etc. They also claim that whatever happens on August 3rd, absolutely has to happen on that date, otherwise their "plan" is ruined and will never happen again. They have some sort of a cryptic alphabet that only they understand, but have said that numerous people have, indeed, figured out what it's about. But they won't specify who, where, or why. So, I'm incredibly confused by it, too.
