I kinda agree tbh. 2016 was the best year in a while in terms of overall quality, but I didn't really stan for any song, like I did particularly last year. Rhythm Inside and A Monster Like Me

Edit: I see they are closing the channel, I thought they were going to stop broadcasting ESC. Didn't Greece do a similar thing a few years ago? They were able to participate

Greece only rebranded from ERT to NERIT under the old Government then Syriza ha impact changed it back to ERT.

Bosnia was always on a string and like San Marino had to have the act pay most of the bill. It's hard for a lot of these countries because the EBU wants national channels and not private broadcasters (who have way bigger budgets) to go. Maybe EBU will be more lax about the rule in the future if more places worry that they can't go.
